Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Claim

Tony Pattison, of Napier, and John Fisk, of Wellington, both chartered accountants, were appointed joint and several liquidators of HORVATH CONSTRUCTION LIMITED (in liquidation) by the High Court at Napier, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, on 21 March 2016 at 10.20am.

We fix Monday 18 April 2016 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
