Notice of Appointment of Liquidator and
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims

On Wednesday 23 December 2015 at 9.00am, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”), Tamina Kelly Cunningham-Adams, of Corporate Salvage Limited, was appointed liquidator of the above-named company.

The liquidator specifies 19 February 2016 as the day on which creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority under section 312 of the Act.
