Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator

Pursuant to Section 3, 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993

On 17 March 2016 it was resolved, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that 141 BRIDGE LIMITED be liquidated and that Craig McCoy and Bevan Ralfe, chartered accountants of Christchurch, be appointed as joint and several liquidators for this purpose.

The liquidation commenced on 17 March 2016.
