Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Claim

Craig Alexander Sanson, insolvency practitioner, and David John Bridgman, chartered accountant, both of Auckland, were appointed replacement joint and several liquidators of EMPLOYMENT 2014 LIMITED (in liquidation) upon the resignation of Susheel Dutt, pursuant to section 283(8) of the Companies Act 1993, on 21 December 2015 at 9.55am. The company was placed into liquidation by its shareholders on 3 June 2015.

We fix 15 February 2016 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
