Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and

Malcolm Grant Hollis and Grant David McQuoid, Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand Accredited Insolvency Practitioners (NZ), were appointed joint and several liquidators of SEPTIC SOLUTIONS TARANAKI LIMITED (in liquidation) by the High Court at New Plymouth, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, on 15 March 2016 at 10.54am.

We fix 26 April 2016 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
