Notice of Appointment of Liquidator

Pursuant to section 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, notice is hereby given that, on 19 February 2016 at 2.00pm, a special resolution was passed by the company stating that the company be wound up voluntarily and that Suzanne Millicent Lane be appointed as liquidator.

This appointment was confirmed by the Companies Office on 3 March 2016.
