HDF LIMITED (formerly FJ TRINITY LIMITED) and XENO CANTERBURY LIMITED (both in liquidation)
Wendy Ann Somerville and Malcolm Grant Hollis, Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand Accredited Insolvency Practitioners (NZ), were appointed joint and several liquidators of the above-named companies by the High Court at Christchurch, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, on 10 March 2016 at 10.26am.
We fix 22 April 2016 as the day by which the creditors of the companies are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
