Notice of Appointment of Liquidator

Pursuant to Section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”)

Notice is hereby given that it was resolved by special resolution of the shareholders, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that the above-named companies be liquidated and that Hilton Joll, chartered accountant of Deloitte, be appointed liquidator on the date and times below:

4 March 2016

HAMILTON LODGE LIMITED (in liquidation) at 8.00am.

WILLCROFT LIMITED (in liquidation) at 12.00pm.

Notice of Meeting of Creditors

Pursuant to section 245 of the Act, the liquidator will dispense with a meeting of creditors in order to keep costs to a minimum and maximise potential returns to creditors.

Notice to Creditors to Lodge Claims

The liquidator has fixed 17 March 2016 as the last day for creditors to make their claims and establish any priority their claims may have.

Creditors who have not made a claim at the date the distribution is declared will be excluded from the benefit of that distribution.
