Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Claim

John Fisk and Jeremy Morley, chartered accountants of Wellington, were appointed joint and several liquidators of TECHRESCUE LIMITED (in liquidation) by the High Court at Palmerston North, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, on 3 March 2016 at 10.20am.

We fix 4 April 2016 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
