Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidators

On 3 March 2016 at 1.05pm, it was resolved by special resolution of the shareholders, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that OMAHA TIMBER (2013) LIMITED be liquidated and that Imran Mohammed Kamal and Mohammed Shafi Mazhar, insolvency practitioners of Wellington, be appointed liquidators for the purpose.
