Notice of Appointment of Liquidator

Pursuant to Section 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993

On 3 March 2016 it was resolved by special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that WERAROA PROPERTIES LIMITED be liquidated and that Andrew James Stewart, solicitor of Wellington, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.

The liquidation commenced on 3 March 2016 at 4.00pm.
