Notice of Appointment of Liquidators

Pursuant to Section 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”)

We, Colin Anthony Gower, insolvency practitioner, and Stephen John Tubbs, chartered accountant, both of BDO Christchurch, were appointed joint and several liquidators of the above-named company by special resolution of the shareholders on 1 March 2016 at 10.30am.

The directors have signed a certificate, under section 243(8) of the Act, stating that the company is solvent.

Notice of Meeting of Creditors

The board members have resolved that the company was solvent prior to the appointment of liquidators and therefore, pursuant to section 243(8) of the Act, no creditors’ meeting is required to be called.

Notice to Creditors to Claim

Pursuant to the Liquidation Regulation 12 of the Companies Act 1993

Notice is hereby given that the liquidators fix 12 April 2016 as the day on or before which the creditors of TECTRA LIMITED (in voluntary liquidation) are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Act, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are claimed or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
