On 26 February 2016 at 12.30pm, it was resolved by special resolution of the shareholders, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that TOC LIMITED be liquidated and that Nyree Mullinder, accountant of Dargaville, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.

I fix 7 April 2016 as the date on or before which the creditors of the above-named company are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
