Notice of Appointment of Liquidator

Karen Joyce Domett was appointed liquidator of PRESTON PROPERTIES LIMITED (in liquidation) on 4 November 2015 at 2.00pm.

The directors have resolved that the company will be able to pay its debts, and a copy of the resolution has been completed by the directors.

A certificate of solvency has been completed by the directors.

Notice is given that the liquidator fixes 30 January 2016 as the day on or before which creditors are to make their claims and to establish any priority they may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
