Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims

Notice is hereby given that, in accordance with section 241 of the Companies Act 1993, the shareholders of the above-named company, by special resolution on 18 February 2016 at 10.00am, appointed Simon Dalton, chartered certified accountant, and Matthew Peter Kemp, chartered accountant, both of Auckland, as liquidators.

The directors have resolved that the company will be able to pay its debts.

Pursuant to section 243(8) of the Companies Act 1993, a copy of the resolution has been delivered to the Registrar of Companies.
