Notice of Appointment of Liquidators

Take notice that ANNABELLA FINE FOODS LIMITED (in liquidation) resolved, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, on 17 February 2016 to be put into liquidation.

Keith Vincent Harris and Iain Andrew Nellies were appointed liquidators jointly and severally.

The liquidation commenced on 17 February 2016 at 2.59pm.
