Notice of Appointment of Liquidator

Notice is hereby given that on 16 February 2016 it was resolved by special resolution of the shareholders, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”), that AGI HOLDINGS LIMITED be liquidated and that Joel Ram be appointed liquidator for that purpose.

Notice of Meeting of Creditors

The liquidator does not consider that a creditors’ meeting is necessary. The company is not trading and there are no known creditors.

Notice to Creditors to Claim

Notice is given that the liquidator has fixed 25 March 2016 as the day on or before which the creditors of the above-named company are to make their claims and establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Act, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
