Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Claim

Tony Pattison and John Fisk, Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand Accredited Insolvency Practitioners (NZ), were appointed joint and several liquidators of PUKEKO FREIGHT LIMITED (in liquidation) by the High Court at Napier, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, on 18 February 2016 at 10.32am.

We fix 31 March 2016 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
