Notice is hereby given that on 2 June 2016 at 10.00am the company, in terms of section 239I of the Companies Act 1993, appointed Simon Dalton, chartered certified accountant, and Paul Graham Sargison, chartered accountant, both of Auckland, as administrators.

Notice of Meeting of Creditors

Notice is given that a meeting of creditors of the company was held at the offices of Gerry Rea Partners, Level 7, 59 High Street, Auckland, on Wednesday 15 June 2016 at 10.00am.

Creditors should note that proxies, postal votes, and any creditor claims needed to be received by 5.00pm on the day before the meeting.
