Public Notice of Appointment of Administrators and
Notice of First Meeting of Creditors

Pursuant to Sections 239ADW(1)(b) and 239AO(1)(b) of the Companies Act 1993

We, David John Bridgman and Lara Maree Bennett, both Chartered Accountants Australia New Zealand Accredited Insolvency Practitioners (NZ) of Auckland, hereby give notice that we were appointed joint and several administrators of the company, pursuant to section 239I of the Companies Act 1993, on 10 May 2016.

We also hereby give notice that a first meeting of the creditors of the company will be held on Thursday 19 May 2016 at 2.00pm at PwC Tower, Level 22, 188 Quay Street, Auckland. Creditors should arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the commencement of the meeting to facilitate registration procedures.

The purpose of the first creditors’ meeting is to decide:

• whether to appoint a creditors’ committee, and if so, to appoint its members; and
• whether to replace the administrators.
