Notice of Appointment of Administrator and
Notice of First Meeting of Creditors

Notice is hereby given that Bryan Edward Williams, insolvency practitioner of Auckland, was appointed administrator of PROFESSIONAL GRAPHICS AND DESIGN LIMITED, pursuant to section 239I of the Companies Act 1993, on 29 April 2016.

The first meeting of creditors of the company was held at the offices of Chapman Tripp, Level 35, ANZ Tower, 23 Albert Street, Auckland, on 11 May 2016 commencing at 3.30pm.

The purpose of the meeting is to:

1. decide whether to replace the administrator;
2. decide whether to appoint a creditors’ committee and, if so, to appoint its members;
3. receive and consider the director’s statement of the company; and
4. submit and consider an overview of the conduct of the administration.
