Notice of Intention to Restore Company to the Register

Pursuant to Sections 328(1) and 328(3)(b) of the Companies Act 1993

Trade Direct Limited, PO Box 2092, Tauranga, hereby gives notice that it intends to make a request to the Registrar to restore the above-named company to the Register on the grounds that it has not ceased trading.

If any person objects to the restoration of the company, they must give notice of the objection to the Registrar on or before 4 December 2015.
