Notice of Intention to Restore Company to the Register

Pursuant to Sections 318(1)(d) and 328(3)(b) of the Companies Act 1993

Luke Stanistreet, of 61 Painstown Road, Waimate, hereby gives notice that he intends to make a request to the Registrar to restore the above-named company to the Register on the grounds the company was a party to legal proceedings at the time it was removed from the Register.

If any person objects to the restoration of the company, they must give notice of the objection to the Registrar on or before 26 November 2015.
