Notice of Transfer of Registration to Another Jurisdiction

Pursuant to Section 351 of the Companies Act 1993

OZORRUS INVESTMENTS LIMITED intends to apply, on or after 29 October 2015, to be removed from the New Zealand Register, in connection with the company becoming incorporated under the laws in force in the Island of Nevis.
