I intend to rectify the New Zealand Register of Companies, in terms of section 360A(1)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, on the application of the following companies by deleting or replacing incorrect documents and otherwise adjusting the Register. Dates are those of registration:

AUSTRALASIAN SAFETY MANAGEMENT GROUP LIMITED (5087821) – K. J. Thompson incorrectly ceased as director, requires reversal – 11 February 2015.

BEACH IMPORTS LIMITED (3220314) – resolution of solvency withdrawn at the request of the liquidator – 31 March 2015.

MERCATO LIMITED (1480049) – L. Huisman incorrectly appointed as a liquidator, requires deletion – 7 April 2015.

Any person who wishes to object must do so by 25 May 2015 (being not less than 20 working days after the date of this notice).
