I intend to rectify the New Zealand Register of Companies, in terms of section 360A(1)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, on the application of the following companies by deleting or replacing incorrect documents and otherwise adjusting the Register. Dates are those of registration:

HANNAH’S HOLDINGS LIMITED (1303267) – A. M. Hitchings incorrectly appointed twice, requires deletion – 11 June 2009.

LA KANAIDE LIMITED (2230944) – V. M. Pintos incorrectly appointed twice, requires deletion – 25 October 2013.

NEW ZEALAND GOLD INFANT FORMULA LIMITED (3740595) – notice of change of name of the director P. M. Wilson to C. T. Currie was incorrect and is to be withdrawn – 3 August 2013.

R&D ENVIRONMENTAL LIMITED (3896123) – D. J. Butler incorrectly ceased to act as a director and is to be reversed – 31 March 2015.

SUMMERSET GROUP HOLDINGS (1564271) – date of approval for issue of shares incorrectly recorded as 23 March 2015 instead of 23 February 2015 – 27 March 2015.

Any person who wishes to object must do so by 8 May 2015 (being not less than 20 working days after the date of this notice).
