I intend to rectify the New Zealand Register of Companies, in terms of section 360A(1)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, on the application of the following companies by deleting or replacing incorrect documents and otherwise adjusting the Register. Dates are those of registration:

HARGRAVES CONSTRUCTION & INSTALLATION SERVICES LIMITED (1785955) – the intended liquidator’s six monthly report was not filed and is to be withdrawn – 17 November 2014.

NATION MUSIC LIMITED (5605306) – spelling error made in surname of director J. L. Hutchison – 25 February 2015.

REALTY MANAGEMENT LIMITED (804446) – the intended liquidator’s six monthly report was not filed and is to be withdrawn – 18 November 2014.

SOUTH PACIFIC TIMBER EXPORTS (NZ) LIMITED (2326413) – liquidator’s six monthly report contained errors and is to be replaced (application by liquidator) – 23 February 2015.

SUSTAINABLE FORESTRY GP LIMITED (5612985) – constitution contained errors and is to be replaced – 26 February 2015.

Any person who wishes to object must do so by 13 April 2015 (being not less than 20 working days after the date of this notice).
