Notice of Meeting of Creditors

Notice is given that a meeting of creditors of the company will be held at the offices of Rodgers Reidy, Level 1, 547 Te Atatu Road, Te Atatu Peninsula, Auckland, on Wednesday 30 September 2015 at 3.30pm (1.30pm Australian Eastern Standard Time) or at any adjournment of that meeting.

The purpose of the meeting is:

1. To review the report of the joint deed administrators in connection with the business, property, affairs and financial circumstances of the company.
2. To consider and, if thought fit, approve the remuneration of the joint deed administrators.
3. To consider any other business properly brought before the meeting.
