Notice to Creditors to Claim

Notice is hereby given that the official assignee fixes 31 August 2015 as the last day for creditors of the company to make their claim.

If you are owed any money by the above-named company, you will need to lodge a claim by going to the website

Creditors who have not made a claim at the date a distribution is declared will be excluded from the benefit of that distribution and those creditors may not object to that distribution.
