Notice of Meeting of Creditors

Pursuant to Section 243 of the Companies Act 1993

Notice is given that a meeting of creditors of TOOL AND ENGINEERING WAREHOUSE 2000 LIMITED (in liquidation) will be held at Level 4, 17 Albert Street, Auckland, on Tuesday 7 July 2015, commencing at 10.30am.

Agenda

1. Liquidators’ report on the proceeding of the liquidation.
2. To receive and discuss the views of creditors in regard to the company’s affairs.
3. To confirm the appointment of Norman Barry White as liquidator or to appoint another liquidator or liquidators in his place.

Proxies

Proxies must be completed and deposited at the offices of Fisher White & Associates Limited not later than the close of business on Friday 3 July 2015.
