Notice of Meeting of Creditors

Pursuant to Section 243 of the Companies Act 1993

Notice is given that a meeting of creditors of EFFECTIVE ENGINEERING LIMITED (in liquidation) will be held at the offices of Rodgers Reidy, Chartered Accountants, Level 1, 547 Te Atatu Road, Te Atatu Peninsula, Auckland, on Tuesday 17 March 2015, commencing at 10.00am.

Agenda

1. Liquidators’ report on the proceeding of the liquidation.
2. To receive the views of creditors in regard to the company’s affairs.
3. To confirm the appointment of Derek Ah Sam and Paul Vlasic as liquidators or to appoint another liquidator or liquidators in their place.
4. To consider whether to appoint a liquidation committee, and if so, to appoint members of that committee.

Proxies

Proxies must be completed and deposited at the offices of the liquidators not later than 48 hours before the meeting.
