The applicant claims the right of way easement is redundant by reason of the circumstances set out below.

I intend to remove the right of way easement on 16 November 2015 if no objections have been received before that date.

Easement: A right of way easement over part marked “A” on DP 43341 appurtenant to Lot 1 DP 484902 specified in Easement Certificate 926626 – 7 July 1972 at 2.51pm.

Circumstances: The dominant land has become physically separated from the servient land as a result of the subdivision of DP 484902.
