An application, under section 70 of the Land Transfer Act 1952, has been received for the removal of an easement.
The applicant claims the easement is redundant by reason of the circumstances set out below.
If no objections have been received before 16 November 2015, the Register will be updated to record the easement as redundant.

Easement: Right of way and a right to convey electric power and current and water shown yellow on DP 15377 over Lot 3 DP 15377 CB543/98 and shown blue on DP 15377 over Lot 4 DP 15377 CB543/97 (servient tenements) appurtenant to Lot 2 DP 33444 CB12K/1288 (dominant tenement) created by Transfer 343510 registered on 4 July 1951.
Circumstances: The dominant tenement has become physically separated from the servient tenement due to the subdivision shown on DP 33444.
