An application under section 70 of the Land Transfer Act 1952 has been received for the removal of an easement.

The applicant claims the easement is redundant by reason of the circumstances set out below.

If no objections have been received before 27 July 2015, the Register will be updated to record the easement as redundant.

Easement: Right to drain water (secondary flow) over part Lot 506 DP 476128 marked “A” on DP 476128 comprised in Computer Freehold Register 657249, appurtenant to Lots 1–5, 76, 132–146 and 202 DP 465693, Lots 6–10, 14–30, 40–41, 64–74 and 200 DP 466435 and Lots 1 and 101 DP 472980 comprised in Computer Freehold Registers 620871–620890, 620892, 622090, 622870–622874, 622878–622907, 646122–646123 and 646992, created by Easement Instrument 8922867.1 registered on 29 November 2011 at 4.16pm.

Circumstances: The dominant tenements have been separated from the servient tenement by subdivision on DP 465693, DP 466435 and DP 472980.
