An application, under section 70 of the Land Transfer Act 1952, has been received for the removal of an easement.
The applicant claims the easement is redundant by reason of the circumstances set out below.
If no objections have been received before 6 July 2015, the Register will be updated to record the easement as redundant.

Easement: Right of way over part Part Lot 138 DP 1087; marked “B” on DP 60586 comprised in Computer Freehold Registers WN11D/911 and WN13B/1341 and appurtenant to Lots 2 and 3 DP 18258 comprised in Computer Freehold Register WN670/29 created by Transfer 911088.1 registered on 24 March 1988 at 12.06pm.
Circumstances: The easement has become redundant due to the death of the surviving transferee.
