Land Transfer Act Notice

An application under section 70 of the Land Transfer Act 1952 has been received for the removal of an easement.

The applicants claim the easement is redundant by reason of the circumstances set out below.

If no objections have been received before 23 May 2015, the Register will be updated to record the easement as redundant.

Applicants: Janet Leslie Oliver, Timothy Ian Oliver and Grant John Calvert, c/o Lewis’ Law, Barristers & Solicitors, PO Box 529, Cambridge 3450.

Easement: Right of way over Lot 4 DP 323730 marked “A” on DP 323730 comprised in Computer Freehold Register 95615 (servient tenement) in favour of Lot 1 DP 323730 comprised in Computer Freehold Register 89070 (dominant tenement) specified in Easement Certificate 5108119.2 registered on 14 November 2001.

Circumstances: The dominant tenement has become physically separated from the servient tenement as a result of subdivision shown on DP 323730.
