Pursuant to section 24 of the Reserves Act 1977, the Far North District Council hereby gives notice that, following a resolution dated the 11th day of December 2014, the classification of the reserve described in the Schedule to this notice is hereby changed from recreation reserve to local purpose (community facilities) reserve for the purposes specified in section 23 of the Reserves Act 1977.
