A Proclamation

Pursuant to section 26 of the Public Works Act 1981, I, The Right Honourable Dame Sian Elias, the Administrator of the Government, hereby declare:

1. The land described in the First Schedule to be taken for motorway purposes; and
2. The land described in the Second Schedule and the easement interests described in the Third Schedule to be taken for functioning indirectly of a road

and to vest in the Crown on the 14th day after the date of the publication of this Proclamation in the New Zealand Gazette.

Rights created in Easement Certificate 752994 over:

1. That part of 0.0776 hectares being part Lot 1 DP 25904 (part Computer Freehold Register CB8B/55); shown marked “E” on SO 482782 appurtenant to Lot 3 DP 25904 (Computer Freehold Register CB8B/713);
2. That part of 0.0481 hectares being part Lot 2 DP 25904 (part Computer Freehold Register CB8B/712); shown marked “F” on SO 482782 appurtenant to Lot 3 DP 25904 (Computer Freehold Register CB8B/713).
