A Proclamation

Pursuant to section 26 of the Public Works Act 1981, I, Lieutenant General The Right Honourable Sir Jerry Mateparae, Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby declare

1. the land described in the First Schedule; and
2. the existing easement interests described in the Second Schedule

to be taken for motorway purposes and to vest in the Crown on the 14th day after the date of the publication of this Proclamation in the New Zealand Gazette.

The rights created in Easement Certificate 5017407.4 over that part of:

1. 0.0111 hectares being part Lot 2 DP 83245 (part Computer Freehold Register CB48A/747); shown marked “B” on SO 482993 appurtenant to Lot 1 DP 83245 (Computer Freehold Register CB48A/746).
2. 0.0674 hectares being part Lot 2 DP 83245 (part Computer Freehold Register CB48A/747); shown marked “D” and “F” on SO 482993 appurtenant to Lot 1 DP 83245 (Computer Freehold Register CB48A/746).
