Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, the Operations Manager, Turanganui-a-Kiwa/Gisborne District, Department of Conservation, revokes the reservation as a government purpose (health and disability sector and related purposes) reserve over the land described in the Schedule, with the effect that the land remains vested in the Tairawhiti District Health Board, pursuant to the provisions of section 11E(6) of the Health Sectors Transfer Act 1993.
