Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Jessica Enoka, Land Information New Zealand, declares the land described in the Schedule to this notice to be acquired for sewer and water infrastructure subject to easement created by T215201.1 and to vest in the Marlborough District Council on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
