Pursuant to section 24 of the Reserves Act 1977, the Hutt City Council gives notice that, following a resolution dated the 20th day of October 2015, the classification of the reserve described in the Schedule to this notice is hereby changed from recreation reserve to scenic reserve for the purposes specified in section 19 of the Reserves Act 1977.
