Authorisation of the Exchange of Part of a Reserve for Other Land

Under section 15(1) of the Reserves Act 1977, the Permissions/Statutory Land Management Manager, Dunedin Shared Service Centre, Department of Conservation, authorises the exchange of that part of the recreation reserve described in the First Schedule to this notice for the land described in the Second Schedule.
