Pursuant to section 52(4) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Jemma Cooper, Land Information New Zealand, declares the land described in the Schedule to this notice to be set apart for cemetery reserve, subject to the Reserves Act 1977, and to remain vested in the Otorohanga District Council on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.
