Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Conservation Partnerships Manager, Far North District, Department of Conservation, hereby classifies the reserve described in the Schedule hereto as a scenic reserve, for the purposes specified in section 19(1)(a) of the Reserves Act 1977, and further, declares the said reserve to be united with and form part of the Kerikeri River Scenic Reserve.
