A Proclamation

Pursuant to the section 26 of the Public Works Act 1981, I, Lieutenant General The Right Honourable Sir Jerry Mateparae, Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby declare the easement interests described in the Schedule to be taken for motorway purposes and vested in the Crown on the 14th day after the date of the publication of this Proclamation in the New Zealand Gazette.

The easement interests will merge with the servient land in accordance with section 35 of the Public Works Act 1981.

The rights created by Easement Certificate B135700.6 over Part Lot 2 DP 87790 (part Computer Freehold Register WN55C/105) appurtenant to:

Lot 11 DP 70122 (Computer Freehold Register WN38A/634) and Lot 13 DP 70122 (Computer Freehold Register WN38A/636); marked “C” and “P” on SO 466569.
