Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Natalie Randrup, Land Information New Zealand, hereby amends the notice declaring land to be acquired for police purposes (residence) and vested in the Crown dated the 22nd day of November 1996 and published in the New Zealand Gazette, 28 November 1996, No. 171, page 4521, by adding in the recital the words

“subject to the Pipeline Certificate imposed by K.42271, Wellington Land Registry”

after the words

“is hereby acquired”.
