Pursuant to section 338(1) of Te Ture Whenua Maori Act 1993, on the recommendation of the Māori Land Court, the Māori freehold land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart as a Māori Reservation to be called the “Turanganui 2A, 2B, 2C and 2D Māori Reservation” for the purpose of a meeting place, wāhi tapu, wetland, historical and spiritual place and burial ground for the common use and benefit of the beneficial owners and their descendants.
