Redefining the Purposes of a Māori Reservation
Pursuant to section 338(5)(c) of Te Ture Whenua Maori Act 1993, on the recommendation of the Māori Land Court, the purposes for which the Māori reservation in respect of the lands described in the Schedule hereto was created by a notice published in the New Zealand Gazette, 1 July 2010, No. 76, page 2138, is hereby redefined for the purpose of a papakāinga, marae (Te Whare o Koura Marae), meeting place, place of cultural and historical interest, education centre, conservation purpose, recreational ground and horticultural centre for the common use and benefit of Matekotahi Parerohi Dulcie Gardiner and her descendants.
