Classification of Parts of a Reserve

Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Conservation Partnerships Manager, North Canterbury District, Department of Conservation, hereby classifies that part of the reserve described in the First Schedule as a recreation reserve, and further classifies that part of the reserve described in the Second Schedule as local purpose reserve for the purpose of hut settlement, subject to the provisions of the Act.
